Return and Refund
Policies
Product Returns:
We allow for product
returns in accordance with
Manufactures return
policies. Typical returns
require a restocking fee of
20% and the customer is
responsible for crating and
shipping charges back to the
manufacturer.
Warranty:
We allow warranty in
accordance with standard
manufacturer warranty
provisions depending upon
what types of equipment the
customer purchases. Warranty
information will be provided
upon customer request.
Leasing:
Upon customer request
we will provide leasing
company information for
equipment purchases. These
leases are not financed in
house the leasing agreements
will be between Supermarket
Services endorsed leasing
companies and the purchaser
this will not be held
through Supermarket Services
Company.
