include foamed-in-place
urethane panels
manufactured to exact
dimensions specified
(not nominal sizes). All
panels utilize the
cam-action-fastening
device. Perimeter vinyl
gasketing is used to
assure the customer of a
tight, positive seal.
All standard finishes on
walk in coolers doors &
closers are available.
The standard insulation
thickness available is
3-1/2" or 5-1/2". Other
thicknesses are
available upon request.
Urethane foam provides
the most advanced degree
of insulation ("R"
value). Its use (as
opposed to other
insulators) will assist
the user in realizing
reduced operating costs,
while guaranteeing a
significant structural
strength of 750 lbs. per
square foot. The 97%
closed-cell structure of
urethane makes the panel
very rigid and resistant
to moisture.
Walk-in cooler huge
panels are custom
constructed for fast and
easy assembly. Each
panel consists of an
interior and exterior
metal pan of 26 Ga.
Stucco Embossed
Galvanized g90, Stucco
Embossed .032 Aluminum,
or Stucco Embossed
Galvanized with an
USDA-approved baked on
white enamel finish. "Dextar
850 White USDA #79 x
130".
These panels are
separated by a wood
frame and a rigid,
foamed-in-place urethane
insulation that adheres
to the interiors of the
metal and wood to
provide structural
strength. The foam
insulation has a thermal
conductivity "K" factor
of .034 for 3.5"
thickness and .023 for
5.5". The resistance of
"R" factor of the foam
is R29 for 3.5" and R44
for 5.5" panels.

Company Inc. foam panels
have a minimum of 2 lb.
density per cubic foot
with a 97% closed cell
structure. Compression
strength at yield point
is 30 lbs. per square
inch.
